Who can participate?

You can participate if any of the following applies to you:

You’re a student enrolled in college
You are a recent graduate
You want to work on disruptive technologies
You are looking for an internship
You want to work at a startup

How much is the registration fees?

It’s free. However, only shortlisted participants may join the event on 9th and 10th.

What can I build?

We are on the lookout for people who can build projects in the following domains. You should definitely check out our blog posts for ideas, but don’t let them limit you!

All the companies who are partnering with us are offering internships and/or jobs based on the talent you bring to the table. The duration of the internship you are offered will be depend on the company and how much time you can spend together

What is the registration process?

Register online

Ensure you fill out the form before the deadline and in fairly good detail. Remember, you will be shortlisted based on this application, so make sure you do it well.

Await the announcement

We will announce the 100 shortlisted participants based on their applications and will give you a confirmation email.

Show up

Unleash your inner hacker and bring the best in you in 24 hours. You will also be provided opportunities for interviews at various partnering startups.

But..but.. I am not an expert!

Fear not! Once you register, you will have access to some of the best mentors working on your technology who will give you advice on how best to go about your project. You will have access to them shortly after your registration, until the end of the hackathon.

Hacktory will also be publishing guides and best resources on our blog so that you can quickly put together the pieces to build your project.

How many team members can I have?

A team can comprise of upto 4 members- so make sure you bring your friends!

How long is the event?

The entire program will be 30 hours.

The hackathon itself will only be 24 hours, but we expect to take approx 6 hours more for registration, opening and closing activities.

Will food and beverages be provided?

If you get shortlisted, we got you covered! You will be provided 3 meals + snacks + beverages. Absolutely free.

What if I want an interview with multiple companies?

We provide that opportunity. Once you are shortlisted, you can have an interview with any of the companies of your choice. You will be given a slot during the course of the interview, so make sure you give it everything you got!
